Arrests in tri-state theft investigation

NEEDLES, Calif – On Tuesday, January 14 at about 10:53 am, detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff - Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department served a search warrant in the 2100 block of Lillyhill Drive. The search warrant was related to an ongoing theft investigation in the tri-state area.

Stolen property was located and recovered during the warrant service. Andrea Gardner (age 32 of Needles) was arrested for possession of stolen property. Michael Gardner (age 28 of Needles) was arrested for possession of an illegal weapon located during the search. Andrea Gardner was booked into the Needles Jail with a bail set at $25,000, pending a court hearing. Persons charged with a crime are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
