Sheltering Wings Robber Caught on Video

BLYTHE, Calif – On Wednesday August 29 at about 8:00 in the morning Blythe Police responded to the Sheltering Wings store in the 1400 block of West Hobsonway, regarding a theft of a lawn mower.

The responding officer found that the lawn mower had been taken from a fenced yard next to the building. The fence had been cut, and the lawnmower pulled out through the opening. The lawn mower was described as a red “Troy-Bilt” push mower, and was valued at 100.00 dollars.

The reporting party provided the officer with surveillance video of the suspect.

The suspect appears to be a younger Hispanic male, carrying a pair of cutters.
