March 28, 2012

BLYTHE, Calif On Monday, March 19 at 2:22 in the afternoon, Blythe Police responded to the 600 block of E. Hobsonway after receiving a call regarding someone was trying to run over a woman with their car.

On arrival officers spoke to 30 year old Carrie Frice. Frice told Officer Perez that she was riding her bike westbound in the alley behind the Sears Store when she heard a female yelling at her. Frice turned around and saw a blue SUV driven by 32 year old Trisha Dominguez about two feet behind her. Dominguez struck the rear tire of her bike causing her to fall to the pavement. Dominguez got out of  her SUV and told Frice she was going to kill her. Frice got up and ran into a store where an employee called the police.

Dominguez left the area prior to the arrival of the police. Frice stated Dominguez was mad at her since she was now dating Dominguez former boyfriend. Frice stated she was not injured and needed no medical attention. Dominguez was later found at her residence in the 200 block of N. Palm.
